Why it matters who manages your Azure.

Microsoft Azure is the world’s second-largest cloud platform: enterprise-grade infrastructure available to businesses of any size, hosted in UK data centres, and deeply integrated with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem most businesses already rely on. But Azure is not a product you buy and walk away from. It’s a platform that needs to be designed, configured, secured, and maintained, and the difference between a well-managed Azure environment and a poorly configured one is significant.

As a Microsoft Partner, WikiTech have the accreditation, tooling, and direct support access to deploy and manage Azure properly. We design your environment from the ground up, migrate your infrastructure seamlessly out of hours, and then take full ongoing responsibility for monitoring, maintenance, security, and cost management. You get the benefits of enterprise cloud infrastructure without needing an in-house IT team to run it.

All Azure consumption is managed through WikiTech. You receive a single, predictable monthly invoice covering your entire cloud footprint. No Azure portal to log into, no surprise bills, no usage spikes to worry about.

UK data residency

Your data stays in the UK. WikiTech deploy into Microsoft’s UK South and UK West Azure regions: GDPR-compliant by default, with no data leaving British soil.

Native Microsoft 365 integration

Azure, Microsoft 365, Teams, Intune, and Entra ID are designed to work together. A Microsoft Partner managing your Azure ensures the whole ecosystem is properly connected and secured.

Scales with your business

Azure scales up and down on demand: no hardware procurement cycles, no over-provisioning, no stranded capacity. Add users, sites, or services as your business grows.

Enterprise security at SMB price

Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Entra ID conditional access, and built-in threat intelligence. Enterprise-grade security managed by WikiTech, without an enterprise budget.

99.9%+ uptime SLAs

Microsoft’s Azure infrastructure carries financially-backed uptime SLAs across all core services. Combined with WikiTech’s monitoring and management, your environment doesn’t have single points of failure.

On-premise to cloud

Moving to Azure, without the disruption.

Most businesses we migrate have the same story: on-premise servers that have been in place for years, a growing remote workforce that’s straining local infrastructure, and a vague awareness that they should “move to the cloud” but no clear picture of what that involves or whether the business can absorb the disruption.

The disruption concern is the one we hear most, and it’s the one we can most confidently address. WikiTech plan every migration to run seamlessly out of hours: the environment is built and tested alongside your existing systems, the cutover happens outside the working day, and your team starts the next morning on the new environment. The process is structured, documented, and tested before anything goes live.

Migration is scoped and priced as a one-off project following a free assessment of your current environment. We give you a fixed price before any work begins, so there are no surprises mid-project.

1

Free environment assessment

We audit your current infrastructure (servers, storage, software, users, and connectivity) and produce a clear migration plan with a fixed-price proposal.

2

Azure environment design

We design your target Azure environment: the right VM sizes, session host configuration, storage, networking, identity setup, and security policies for your specific needs.

3

Build and testing

The new environment is built and fully tested alongside your existing infrastructure. Your team can access it and validate everything works before we cut over.

4

Out-of-hours cutover

Data is migrated, users are moved across, and the old environment is decommissioned. The cutover runs outside business hours, so your team simply starts the next working day on the new environment. No lost data, no disruption to the working day.

5

Ongoing management

WikiTech take full responsibility for your Azure environment from go-live. Monitoring, patching, backups, security, and cost management, all included in your monthly invoice.

Azure Virtual Desktop

The modern replacement for servers and RDP.

Azure Virtual Desktop is Microsoft’s cloud-hosted desktop platform: a full Windows desktop and application experience, delivered from Azure and accessible from any device with an internet connection. For businesses still running on-premise servers, RDP, or paying for a hosted desktop service, AVD is almost always the better, more cost-effective solution.

Unlike traditional RDP setups that run everything through a single server, AVD distributes load across multiple session hosts in Azure. If one host has a problem, the others continue running. Your business doesn’t go offline. Performance is consistent, security is enterprise-grade, and the experience is identical whether staff are in the office, at home, or on the road.

WikiTech have deployed AVD for businesses across a range of sectors: replacing single points of failure, cutting infrastructure costs, and giving management the confidence that comes with proper redundancy and a fully managed cloud environment.

Access from any device

Full Windows desktop on any laptop, tablet, or thin client. iOS and Android apps available.

Multiple session hosts

Load distributed across Azure VMs. One host down doesn’t mean the business goes down.

Windows 11 multi-session

Multiple users share session hosts efficiently. Enterprise Windows 11 included at no additional licence cost with eligible Microsoft 365 plans.

Unified app delivery

Publish specific applications rather than full desktops where needed: line-of-business apps, legacy software, anything that needs centralising.

Integrated security

Entra ID, Conditional Access, Intune compliance, and Defender for Cloud, all working together from day one.

Autoscale

Session hosts scale up during peak hours and scale down when demand drops, so you only pay for what you use.

Pricing

Transparent costs, fixed before we start.

Cloud projects are priced in two parts: a one-off migration fee and an ongoing monthly figure covering your Azure consumption and WikiTech management. Both are agreed upfront, so there are no surprises.

One-off

Migration & setup

The project cost covers environment design, build, testing, data migration, user cutover, and onboarding. Scoped and fixed after a free assessment of your current environment.

How billing works

One invoice. No Azure portal. No surprises.

Azure consumption charges fluctuate. Exchange rates, usage patterns, and Microsoft pricing updates all introduce variability that most businesses don’t want to have to track or manage. WikiTech handle all of that on your behalf.

We manage your Azure subscription end-to-end. Rather than receiving a Microsoft bill that varies month to month, you receive a single invoice from WikiTech: a stable, predictable monthly figure that covers your entire cloud footprint, including infrastructure, storage, backups, security, and management. We absorb minor fluctuations so your bill stays consistent.

You don’t need an Azure account, you don’t need to understand consumption billing, and you don’t need to worry about what happens when usage spikes. We monitor it, manage it, and tell you if anything meaningful changes.

Single monthly invoice from WikiTech

One line item covering your entire Azure environment: infrastructure, storage, security, and management. No Azure portal, no Microsoft billing to decode.

Predictable, stable monthly cost

We absorb minor month-to-month fluctuations due to usage or exchange rates. Your bill stays consistent, with no surprises at the end of the month.

Full cost visibility when you want it

We track your Azure consumption and can provide a breakdown at any time. If costs are trending up due to growth or new services, we’ll flag it and discuss it with you before it hits an invoice.

Cost optimisation built in

We use reserved instances, autoscale policies, and right-sizing to keep your Azure spend efficient. You get the right infrastructure at the right cost, not an oversized environment running 24/7.
